1. The storefront
The current Helena Voile storefront does not set an application shopping-account cookie, advertising pixel or analytics cookie. Product search and checkout controls work in your browser without a persistent shopping account. When you choose a currency, the storefront saves your preference in the first-party hv_currency cookie for up to one year. Choosing Automatic removes this preference. Without a saved choice, we use the country supplied by Cloudflare to select GBP for the United Kingdom, USD for the United States and EUR elsewhere; our application does not store your IP address for this purpose. Our application does not currently use browser local storage to save customer designs.
Cloudflare may use technologies necessary for network security and abuse prevention depending on the protections applied to a request. Our private administration area uses Cloudflare Access authentication cookies, including CF_Authorization, to recognise the authorised owner. These are separate from a shopper’s template purchase.
2. External services
The site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts, which causes a browser connection to Google. When checkout is enabled and you choose to proceed, Stripe’s hosted payment page uses its own necessary payment and security technologies. Opening a Canva template takes you to Canva, where its own cookie settings apply.

3. Your choices
You can control cookies in your browser and through settings offered by an external provider. Blocking essential authentication or payment technologies may stop those features working. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or other technologies requiring consent, we will provide the required choice before they run and update this notice. A purchase is not consent to optional tracking.
